I will cover everything from maintenance, which products best suit your needs, and how to get that salon look at home!

  • Our salon space features a full parking lot right outside our building. No payment needed here, so sit back + stay as long as you’d like.

  • I accept all major debit/credit cards. I do not offer Venmo or any third-party processing. SM Hair is a cashless salon. You may pay for your service in cash, but no change can be provided. All pricing can be found on my booking site prior to scheduling an appointment.

  • CARD ON FILE:

    We require a card on file when booking any appointment.

    Credit & Debit accepted.

    TEXT CONFIRMATION:

    You will receive a confirmation text message 48 hours prior to your appointment.

    Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times in order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any fees. All appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service(s) booked.

    NO CALL/NO SHOW:

    If you do not show up on the scheduled date & time of your appointment without any contact prior, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price the day of your appointment.

    RUNNING LATE/TARDINESS:

    If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text ahead to let us know. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and pay 50% of your scheduled service.

    REDO:

    Client redo’s will only be honored if we are contacted within 3 days of the original service.

    If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out so we can come up with a solution! If hair is altered by another salon or yourself the redo policy is void.

    REFUNDS:

    We do not offer any service refunds.

    HEALTH

    It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided, however it is each client’s personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history, health conditions, and to research the products we use prior to booking an initial appointment. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation is not the responsibility of the stylist.

  • If you are receiving a color service at your appointment, I ask that you please come with freshly cleaned, blow-dried hair or hair that is no older than 2 days. This will help me to have an accurate depiction of your starting canvas as well as help the color to better absorb onto our canvas. If you come with wet or damp hair, this is time that takes away from the initial service and may be subject to a slight uncharge for timing, etc. Thank you in advance!

  • After photos are apart of the process as it helps to better build my portfolio and show off my work. They are not required as I always want to ensure the comfortability of each guest; however, if we are taking after photos the below work best for these hair colors:

    Blondes: black shirts, grey, or white

    Brunettes: mainly white shirts, grey, beige works well also
    If possible, for all hair colors please try to avoid wearing graphic tees/those with tons of writing as this will distract from the hair in the final photos.
